We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Trendasa. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare products or opened packages cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at Trendasa@outlook.be within 30 days to request a return.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary shipping labels.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Since we use AutoDS dropshipping with AliExpress suppliers and offer free worldwide shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to exchange an item for a different size or product if available.

  • Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Trendasa@outlook.be.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
